I was watching the Golf Channel today and Jack Nicklaus said (ant Tom Watson confirmed) that these are the 6 shots that can ruin a round at Augusta

Tee shot at #2
Tee shot and approach at #11
Tee shot at #12
Two shots at #13
Second shot #15

He said if you can avoid problems on those shots, you've got a good chance of scoring low at Augusta.

I wish I could go back and see the bad rounds I've played and see if that's where I got in trouble.

And I would add that putting with Moderate(C)/Fast(C) and/or Firm(C)/Fast(C) can also be problematic in Links.

I have used nothing faster than M F(C) for my rounds on the DP World Tour. I think it gives the most realistic playing conditions
I also used different tees to give a different look and chance for a few birdies.
