Deutscheland Special tourney

Since Munchen Nord has not been added or there is a version problem I'll be making a new tourney
Munchen Nord and Eichenried_v3 are not working, any help w/ which version would be nice

Note: I remember seeing something about this at the test site about the u with a .. above the u being a problem.
