I'm only 58, but have worked in the same job in libraries for 40 years (on 28 November). Working with the public can be very wearing, especially at the moment, and I could do with retiring myself

Happy Birthday and Congrats on the pending retirement Doug. I spend over 45 years in the IT business. The last 20 as a Unix/Linux systems administrator and just [censored] up the keyboard and mouse on the 8th of the month, So last week was my 1st week with no job to go to for the 1st time since I was 16 years old. So far I'm loving it.
