If you click on the course it should link you with the link. If not go to links corner and you’ll be able to find it.

Not sure how going to a different site's forum about this discontinued course would help Dave. Unless you were just directing the OP back to where he started.
Pete's dropbox download is going to be the only place to get this one.
I use Marks link for any course needed here
http://www.lspn.net/course_list.php
It shows no downloads available.

Begs the question of who is setting up tourneys with discontinued courses.

I’m setting the tournament. I assumed this course was readily available since I’ve had it for quite sometime.
I apologize if it is not available.
Amazing that members take pot shots at others.

What the question should be is "If the course is in the LSPN Courses file for selection when setting up a tournament(s) then why is it not available for download?" It's not Brian's fault the course can't be downloaded. I, for one, appreciate Brian bringing back the "Ruler of the Rough" tournaments as I always enjoyed playing some relaxing competition. The demise of the original "Ruler of the Rough" series was the main reason I started The Century Club. Giving Links golfers some relaxing rounds of Links golf under easy conditions. If anyone doesn't like the way certain leagues or events are set up then feel free to start your own league or set up your own tournaments. Put the target on your back.

Since Links corner nor links own apcd courses it was probably the designer asking for the course to be discontinued. Mark's / Tresclub's course list was made long before we went on autopilot. The actual answer to your question is its because the game is decades old and we run on autopilot
If someone brought to Marks attention that the course was no longer available, i'm sure he would be more than willing to remove it from the master course list. Me thinks that is the responsibility of those doing setups.

Please dont remove it from the LSPN course list, it is a nice course to play - you just gotta share it around before or during the tournament.
