Which Version of Windows is best for Links2k3?

Hello all. Haven’t been on in a long time but I do still lurk. For years I played Links on an iMac running Windows XP in Bootcamp. Well recently I got a newer iMac and I have to run a newer version of Windows. I’m wondering which is the best, or most compatible version of Windows for Links2003. Windows 7, 8, or 10? Thanks for the help.

Anything after Windows 7 I have had to manipulate graphic settings to get the game to work properly, but the game did work. On my old laptop the Links game refused to work on my HP laptop when it upgraded to Window 8.1. Fortunately that laptop died while on a Texas trip. I'm currently running Links on a HP laptop with Windows 10 in it and also running Links on my house computer with Windows 7 Home Premium. Playing with the graphic settings also gives you different sizes of swing meters. And remember to download all the available patches.
