Got bounced out of the Qualifier this month at hole #13. After lucking out with back to back eagles, deja vu kicked in and knew there was a "problem". Can't really whine about it, as its only happened 5 or 6 times in the last 20 years- always with a run of insanely good scores. Just often enough to keep me from thinking about competing outside of Amateur status. Been loving this "sport" since floppy disc days

If you're playing in Online mode, you might want to try playing in Offline mode. The only thing you'll be giving up is the updated scoreboard between holes, and you don't have to disconnect from the internet. Also, right-click on LinksMMIII.exe in the /Links 2003/ folder, click on "Properties", and then click on "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select 'Windows XP - Service pack 2", and Click on "Run this program as an Administrator". The game should now run with fewer errors.
