I often think I am playing well if I can make birdies on the par 3's. It's usually a test of whether the snap is good or not as against the T shots where a miss snap can still be ok in the short stuff. Well this course is really sorting me out. Just cant seem to hit the snap on them at all and the first 3 of them in round 2 I wasnt really that close to finding the green never mind the snap

Game just gets funnier and funnier. Finally made a snap on a par 3 at the third attempt in round 3 for a tap in birdie. Then after a perfect T shot at the next hole through in a sand snap approach to go 22 yards right of the pin. Par 5 so a birdie but I was still laughing at that after my T shot on the next hole and didnt notice straightaway that the game had frozen

Someone up there just wants me to have to play more holes on this wonderful course
