i was visiting my first grandson (just born last month) and was > 2000 miles from home. my kids computers do not like the links game and i did not feel like tweaking their stuff.

i play the raw almost every week since it is one of my favorite formats. but the couple of games i played on the lap top seemed more fun in tourneys that people had entered.

Frank Bawn and some time ago Kunkleman were some of my favorites to match up against since both were in the same ball park as far as scoring. not that that is so important i know and i have noticed that there are some week that i am the only player in the RAW format.

glad you brought it up and look for me to be back this week ;}~~~

neither here nor there but holding your first grandson is pretty special imho :P

he is isn't he Roy, Steve ! best Australian batsman since Sir Donald Bradman. After watching him score his test ton last night, i just woke to the news that he has scored a DOUBLE century ! thank God he recovered from that Jofra bouncer to the neck.

you may get your wish with the rain ggggrrrrrrrr !

thank you guys, it was such a nice visit and my sons are 32, 30 and 24 so to hold the first little one of the next generation was indescribably wonderful. my 90 year old dad traveled with me and got to meet/hold and spend time with his great grand-son.

so true what was said that they grow up so fast!!! reminds me of a Harry Chapin song: the cats and the cradle ;}~
