How can I get a course added to the list of courses that you can choose from when creating a tourniment?

PM a guy named tresclub.........he's Mark's right hand guy on adding courses

You submit the course to him........he submits it to Mark for review......If it's ok with Mark, he'll submit the ok back to tresclub.....he'll then submit it into the list of courses available where, at this time you can submit a tourny using that course.
