Questions on club selections

My time playing RTS was limited but I am not sure I fully understand "full swing ' 90%"!

The RTS swing has a swing bar below the golfer's feet that fills with red, right to left, as the swing progresses. This swing bar is 99% complete:

The swingbar is free of any marks. Using Excel, I created a document with various grids,

then printed it out on clear printer paper (more like a clear vinyl), found one grid that broke the red swing bar into ten parts, cut it out and pasted it over where the swing bar appears on my monitor. Now my Swing Bar has 10% increments. That's how I know when I've reached 90%.

45 if nothing is in the way I would use a PW chip 9 down from the top! Basically anything up to 50 yardsish I look to chip in. If I am playing elite I would prefer 100 yards to say 53 yards so I can hit a full swing.

Roy and i are the only ones using 45 yard CHIP shots !

anything under 50 yards to the flag (non-challenging), I'm always considering chipping to the flag - irrespective of the cons and slopes etc, but maybe not windy.
