OFFLINe play !!

I seem 2 have a problem with game launching off line
it seem 2 boot up normally but when it try's 2 bring up
the menu screen start play etc!! its crash's every time
tried a few thing's
like new install up date drivers roll back system
its error stay that its havin trouble with 3D acceleration but game works fine online at Game Ranger !!!
and buying a new machine that can handle all the nice new course would be gr8 is not an option
My game is the D/L version from the country club with patch's running windows 7

Sounds like a graphics card issue.

You could try forcing a software mode in the registry to see that the game runs and nothing else is corrupt. Then switch back to your GPU (either in the graphic options in the game or via a manual registry change).

To force software mode in the game (when it won't start!), open the registry editor and :
- Change HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Links 2003\DisplaySettings\Software to 1

- To force hardware mode, change that key from 1 back to 0
