Something I just noticed. You have a space between J and Strom. A long time ago -- maybe 10 years or so, there was now still there -- at the top of this page (Players with less than 5 character names or name changes) a post about people that had a space between letters in their names. I don't know if this is still a problem or not -- but it might be. You might want to post a request there to put an _ or remove the space in your name and then try again.
