Non-tour members

I have noticed in my New Year Stableford that there are several players that aren't members of the European Tour playing.

Is this because I haven't set the events as private? I assume they aren't going to get points?

Do I need to make all the events private so they have to join?

I am not sure how it all shakes out, Steven. I do know that if I want to play, I join, if they accept me. That is the way it should be.

I just looked, and I see no join button. Maybe someone would be good enough to tell all where that location is.

Next to the European tour it says Apply.

Must have been an anomaly as the players I saw have disappeared from the event now
