Help needed on Swing Type change. Admin?

If someone changes their Swing Type (ie. Click to Powerstroke) within a League, do they have to go through Qualifying again in order to play in the League's Handicap events?

Will answer here as well. I believe we do get people to redo their handicap for the change levels or swing on the European Tour

And if they change swing type inside the My Account section they will not see the handicap event until you run the setting inside your league admin page.
