amanti handicaps

I hope someone can help me I have addressed this several time even moderators do not seem to want to touch this one. I play to a 12 hdcp on the lspn tour on the amanti tour I am saddled with an 18 hdcp which seems totally out of wack maybe this is why so many dqs amanti hdcp system. I hope someone re moderators can answer this logically.
