I've been running the European Tour for a while now after Mike (MimicPS) handed it over to me. He also mentioned something about me taking ownership.
Looking at the Membership List it appears I am only League Leader however. I wonder if this is why I am having trouble adding members.

Is there anything I need to do to take ownership or do Admin have to do that?

After clicking on "League" "Admin", in the "Members" window, it looks like you can select yourself and in the menu item "League Owner Actions" you can select "Make Owner". Worth a try!

Good idea Pete, but I am listed as League Leader and there appears to be no League Owner Actions option

only the owner can change it. See if you can pm Mike. I'll pm you his email

Also you can ask to be a open league, this way you don't need to approve anyone. League page will show join instead of apply.
