i had an nvidia mx4000 that caused the ani to be standing knee deep in the greens, 3d objects disappearing, disappearing ball while in flight, nitpicky stuff like that. the card worked great with xp. so i replaced it with an nvidia 256 mb 6200, and links works great, just like with xp.

once i learn the tips and tricks and howto turn off the unnecessary user control stuff, it should be perfect. there's still some stuff going on in the background i don't understand yet that sometimes affects the swing meter. but i'll figure it out.

You may have to upgrade your video card as terrell did. It'll depend on the version of Vista you opt for. The more bells and whistles you want the more upgrades will be needed. Besides the video card, you may need to upgrade the cpu, the ram and sound card.

Good luck.
