PLSA SCOTTISH OPEN

Postby Harpo on Thu Jul 10, 2025 2:28 pm

Trying to get in my Pro rounds in before I leave tomm. I hate rushing especially when there is wind involved. Hit the cup in the first round and ended up in the deep deep stuff. A bogie hurts. Two more rounds to go and I hear thunder coming outside. :(

Don't think I will get to the C/C. Maybe a stab with the laptop in a few days.

Nice first rounds, Doug and Dirk ..

Played my last 3 rounds on the laptop C/C in Tenn. and did better than I thought I would. The first was just an ok one but the last two got into a groove and made some good saves. My week is over. Hope Mark gets back early to fix things up.

Hey Harpo, what part of Tennessee? I see you're from Melbourne,Fl. My older brother retired in Melbourne in 2020. I lived in Florida from 1972 (college (U. of Tampa), and then Ft Lauderdale from 76-87), then Gainesville from 88-91, then Jacksonville from 92-95. Then here in Tennesse since 95. Best move I made to get out of congested Florida. LOL!!

In Strawberry Plains just East of Knoxville. Just here for a few days visiting my wife’s best friend.

Know that area very well. I'm in a small town (Church Hill) just west on Kingsport (Tri-City area) about 45 minutes east of you. Small world!! Enjoy your stay, just take the heat back with you to Florida. LOL!!
