Call me stupid but how do I know if a tourney is a handicap event
before playing?
pmgolf, linksadmin, notes a hdcp in the listing,
And what does DPWT stand for Mr Sullivan?

DPWT stands for Dubai Port World Tour (it's the name for the European Tour). And Steve also puts dpwthcp as his event name for handicap events.

Because of the Masters, Steve is not running a handicap event this week.
If you go to the "Leagues" tab above and select the "DP WORLD" under "My Leagues", scroll down to "Upcoming Events". It looks like the next handicap event begins tomorrow (Africa 4).
